Description
Dräger Service Connect Gateway versions 2.24.0 through 2.28.1 contain a local privilege escalation vulnerability that allows local attackers to gain elevated 'Draeger Development (RnD)' permissions by modifying a cached entry. Attackers can exploit this access to install software packages signed by a Draeger developer with RnD rights on a medical device when a service user with local access initiates the download.
